United States Military Memorial
We know that there are mortar and stone memorials across this great land, dedicated to the men and women that have served in our armed forces and who have sacrificed so much to ensure our democracy and liberty. We would like to dedicate this virtual space to those men and women, to serve as our memorial, and to honor to the heroes.
The scars that these heroes bear are both visible and invisible; they carry the burden of their duties, and they carry the memories of the fallen. Without their bonds of brotherhood, holding the line both day and night, all of the ideals that the free peoples of the Earth believe in could not be secured. We owe these men and women much more than our lives.
The members of our military are becoming increasingly stressed. They have to contend with the stresses of normal, every day life as the rest of us do, as well as the stresses associated with being sent off to War away from their loved ones for extended periods of time, pressed into service in the defense of freedom.
